ONE.

My Tessa-doll is one! We had a lovely party with friends and family and even though she was a bit out of sorts with her sore leg she still enjoyed all the party food! We had her dedication at church in the morning too which was very special! Many thanks to Grandpa and Nannie Walsh for coming all the way to celebrate Miss Tessa's special day! The rice table and new pram were definitely the hits of the day!!

Loving my new pram and baby!
Tessa's friend, Miss V!
Nanny's impromptu knitting school!!!

Learning sign language with her second cousin!

Every party needs some music - lucky Jesse was there to woo everyone with his cute rendition of "Twinkle, twinkle little THtar" complete with leg tapping to the beat!!

  1. Happy 1st Birthday to your little sweetheart. Hope her leg is healing/has healed well. Lovely photos of the dedication. We had all our children dedicated too ... is it only baptists that do that?

  2. Happy Birthday to your gorgeous little Tessa! Where did that year go?
I hope you have enjoyed (are enjoying....not sure if you're currently there) time at the snow with Steve & Kate.
    Love to you all

  3. HI Mum-me...yes her leg healed really quickly. She is walking now! We go to a pentecostal church and before that Uniting - both those denominations did baby dedications as well as the Baptist (where i grew up!).
