Hi all! thanks for the advice...and sympathy! Last night he slept for 13 hours straight and he is a different child today :D And I am a different Mummy too!! After further discussions with our Child Health Nurse we have been referred for an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist. She suspects that maybe sleep apnoea/adenoid obstruction is triggering the sleep walking (given that it is much much worse during and after head colds/blood noses) Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this for all our family's sake!
Thanks too for the helpful suggestions Raewyn and Shellene - taking the light bulbs out today!! well holidays here we come....going to take a break for a few weeks and hopefully will be back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!!
Ciao, C xo
Hi Christy
ReplyDeleteSorry I can't help with that area - we haven't had those issues, but it sounds like you have some great ideas there. Have a lovely holiday!
God bless
Renata :)
